Inter-comparison of commercial continuous radon monitors responses

Indoor and outdoor (atmospheric) radon activity concentrations need to be measured as accurate possible for radiation protection climate applications. Particularly below 100 Bq m −3, useful the retrieval of prone areas atmospheric studies, still a robust metrological chain ensure their quality. Ones most common used commercial continuous monitors were compared here under slightly different environmental conditions. The data set divided into two groups (< −3 ≥ −3) assess responses associated uncertainties. Nevertheless, these results should also point out if are suitable monitoring low with an uncertainty 10% (k=1). This work, carried within EMPIR 19ENV01 traceRadon project, aims offer starting development future monitor transfer standard increase capabilities monitoring.
